The journey started in August 2015, and it has finally taken me more than a year to bring a decent shape to Become ITIL Foundation Certified in 7 Days. The book has given me immense joy because the work on it was triggered due to numerous requests that I received over the years from professional and social media channels.
I wanted to make this book unique, and the best there is on the topic. The examples that I quoted during my training sessions were lauded, and I have used the same set of examples in my book as well.
My production editor tells me that the book will be fully ready by December 2016, and will be released on various online channels in January 2017.
According to me, the majority of the work for the production team is to recreate all the graphics, and that will be one hell of a task considering that I have a good number of images.
