Video : Critical Path Calculation and Float Determination

Identification of critical path is perhaps the most important part of project management. The total project duration is equal to the critical path on the network. In other words, the longest chain (in duration) is considered as the critical path.

Here’s a video that demonstrates how one can calculate critical path on a network. It’s quite simple really. However, in recent times, I have not heard of any PMP exam throwing up questions to calculate the critical path.
