About Me

I am glad that you have taken time to find out more about the brains behind this blog. I am Abhinav Kaiser, an IT veteran, and a blogger for several years now. I live in the IT capital of the eastern hemisphere – Bangalore, India, and work for a global corporation.

At the time of writing, I have over eight years of management experience in the IT field, and my expertise lies in developing processes for IT infrastructure sector – bound around ISO 20K, ISO 27K1 and PCI DSS. I am a certified project manager (PMP) and have gained experience managing projects – from alpha to omega.

Having been at the forefront for hiring resources to the organizations I have worked for, I provide free consultation on weekends and during holidays for those in need, and this blog will also serve as an engine for consultations through post requests.

On the blogging front, I have been active on the web since 2004 – much before the blogging revolution erupted. I kept a low profile and posted as an when I could, on several blogs across the internet-dom. I started Tech Pedia, which was one of the leading tech blogs way back in 2005-2006. I have some more websites that are fairly successful, which includes an article directory.

I have realized that blogging alone does not push you to the next step in the writing world, a book does. I have several topics running through my brain cells, and have decided to write a book on a topic close to my heart – customer service. I will share more details on this book in the coming months. This is a management book, but a genre that will make me most happy would be fiction, but I want to test the waters before jumping in it.

I guess this is quite a lot of me to share, and a good amount that can help you decide whether to continue reading posts on this blog or to stay away from it. If you find my writing interesting and helpful, subscribe to my feeds. I plan on starting podcasts at around June-July. If you want me to write on any specific topics that come under my wings, contact me.

I am not studiously active on Facebook and Twitter, but I follow those intended for me at least.
