How to Cook Food that Tastes the Best for Employers : 2 Cents for New Employees

newjob-main_Full

Today is a day to remember. After 3+ years, I bade good bye to Accenture. For those who don’t know me well enough, I was working as a service manager for one of the company’s prestigious clients.

I start with my new job on Monday. I am looking forward to it; except for the miles that I need to put on my car.

Starting a new job is always tricky. Employers would have hired you after having a morsel of your true capabilities and would like to devour the full course meal over a period of a few weeks. As a new employee, you would want to put the best of what you can offer in your employer’s mouth. In the process, one could overcook it or over-marinate the to-be delicacies.

If you ask me, new employees should treat employers with a tinge of taste every time they crave for it. Do not provide everything you could offer, instead put it in piece-meals and let the gourmand get the true drive of every ingredient that overtures.
